Toxic Odours followed by A1 Support

Gave this tank a thorough clean/ vanilla treatment, but still left a toxic chemical smell. Wasn't keen to use it for drinking water. Vaast responded with great support, offering immediate replacement. With honest explanation of how the tank may have been removed a bit early from the curing process, we decided it was worth letting it air for a few days, to see if that helped. This looks to be one of those pro-active Australian companies keen to provide the best service and the best products. Regardless of this tank possibly being faulty- the design is that good that I won't hesitate to get a second unit.

Great Product!

Over all quality seems top notch. If mounting these on the roof using the Vertical Bracket you need a flat surface; if your rack has any sort of lip on the edge, you will need to either space the mount up or move it away from the edge to connect the faucet kit.
